As the narrative lectionary leads us through the Gospel of John, Koffee Klass will closely examine those stories as a means to deepen our Lenten reflection. From the raising of Lazarus to the condemnation of Jesus by Pilot, this series will grant space to explore well known texts.
- February 18 John 11:1-44 Raising Lazarus, Jesus as the resurrection and life.
- March 4 18:12-27 Jesus’ trial before Annas, Peter’s denial.
- March 11 John 18:28-40 My kingdom is not from this world.
- March 18 John 19:1-16a Jesus is condemned, they have no king but Caesar.
