There are many studies that have shown mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health. Whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works.

Join us for Meditation at the Mural. Allowing the Psalms to guide us, the art to enliven us, prayer to enfold us and God to lead us, we will gather on the West side of the church twice in August.

We will provide socially distant chairs (or you may bring a mat/blanket to sit on the ground). Masks (or face shields) are required.
