A Space for Mindfulness and Meditation

Thursdays during Lent: 12:10 pm -12:50 pm

Looking for a place to get away from the day’s or week’s stress? Want an opportunity to get re-centered and calmed? Come participate in mindfulness and guided meditation. People of all faiths or no faith are invited to participate.

This Meditation will be held in the Sanctuary every Thursday during Lent from 12:10 pm to 12:50 pm. Each session will be led by Sandy Williams, a local licensed clinical social worker and CranioSacral therapist, who focuses on holistic health.

No pretzel positions needed. No prior experience necessary. Come try something new or come to a new place to do a wonderful practice. Hope to see you!
