Rachel Huffman is a life-long UCC member who was born, baptized, and confirmed at Second Congregational Church. As a youth she participated in choir, hand bells, pageants, and all of the activities the church had to offer. She lives in Rockford with her fiancé Matt, two dogs, and five cats. She spent the last 4 years earning her Bachelor’s degree in Health Education and Promotion through the University of Massachusetts distance learning program and hopes to put her knowledge to use serving the Rockford community. Rachel is excited to share the love of God with the youth of the congregation and build relationships with the church family during this challenging time in new and creative ways.
